Finance/Insurance Information

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget. If treatment is indicated, diagnostic records (models of the teeth, photographs and special jaw X-rays/profiles) are necessary to finalize an orthodontic treatment plan. The records are reviewed and then treatment options are discussed.

Our orthodontic treatment fees are generally all inclusive. Early, limited (or Phase 1) orthodontic treatment ranges from $1,500 to $3,700. More comprehensive (or Phase II) orthodontic treatment ranges from $4,000 to $6,500.  We offer the following interest-free payment options to meet your needs:

Option A: Interest-Free Payment Plan

  • An initial payment is due when treatment begins.

  • The balance may be paid through consecutive monthly/quarterly payments.

  • Pre-payments can be made anytime without penalty.

Option B: Payment in Full: A bookkeeping courtesy of 4% is given (depending on the duration of active treatment).

Option C: No Down Payment Required (financing provided through CareCredit)

  • No initial payment

  • Payment plans range from 18 to 60 months.

  • One low monthly payment for multiple family members

  • Pre-payments can be made anytime without penalty.

  • Fast, confidential service by phone or secure online service

Pre-Tax/Flex-Spending Plan Information

Please verify the details of your pre-tax plan with your employer or a third-party administrator. Each plan has unique requirements. Financial arrangements with our office are independent of any such plan, and the beneficiary, not our office, is responsible for compliance, but please remember that we will be flexible with your payments to allow you to receive the maximum benefit possible under your particular plan.
